Information you provide

We receive the details you submit in inquiries, market-report requests and account forms, including your name, email address, phone number, property address and messages. Profiles also store your saved properties, searches, comparisons and notification preferences. Birthday and meeting preferences are optional; only share details you want our team to use.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, provide account features, deliver the alerts you choose, personalize our service and protect the website from misuse. Creating a profile does not automatically subscribe you to saved-search alerts.

Service providers and browser storage

Providers help us host the website, search listings, display maps, deliver email and route inquiries to our team. These include DigitalOcean, Algolia, Mapbox, Twilio SendGrid, Slack and Cloudflare Turnstile. Depending on the feature, providers receive request details or technical information such as an IP address and browser information.

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in sessions, appearance preferences and continuity of saved or comparison actions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to help prevent automated abuse. External websites and services have their own privacy policies.

Advertising measurement

We use OpenAI advertising measurement to understand whether an ad leads to a successful inquiry. A first-party cookie retains the ad-click identifier for up to 30 days. Successful submissions send a lead event and a random event identifier, together with the ad-click identifier when available. This integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents, and does not use automatic contact matching. OpenAI also receives standard connection information, such as your IP address, browser information and our website origin. This measurement respects browsers that signal Global Privacy Control.

Account activity and client support

Authorized staff can review your saved items and account preferences, record private service notes and follow-ups, and help set up searches you request. We record sign-ins, saving or removing favorites, search changes, saved comparisons and inquiry metadata for up to one year. While you are signed in, we keep only your 10 most recently viewed properties and their latest viewing dates, for up to one year, to help our team understand your interests. Other recorded account actions are limited to the latest 200 events for up to one year. We do not attach anonymous property browsing to your profile. Search drafts prepared by staff remain inactive until you verify your email and confirm your choices. Saving a favorite enables email updates for price and status changes by default. You can disable either update type or individual property updates in your profile, or opt out using the links in each alert email. These preferences are separate from saved-search, monthly-report and marketing subscriptions.

Sharing comparisons

If you enable a public comparison link, anyone who receives that link can view the comparison name and included properties. Avoid including private information in its name. You can disable sharing or delete the comparison from your profile.

Your choices and retained records

You can update profile details, pause saved-search alerts, use the unsubscribe link in alert emails, disable comparison links or delete your profile. Deleting a profile removes its saved items and stops its search alerts; it does not necessarily erase prior correspondence, transaction records or backup copies. Contact us with questions about access, correction or deletion of other information.

We retain information as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, meet applicable obligations and protect against misuse. Policies and website features may change; updates will appear on this page.
