Bedroom four is situated in the separate crofter, which offers a queen-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom. The crofter is situated above the cart garage, which also houses the outdoor shower, a collection of bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The crofter roof was replaced in 2022.
